Yesterday I saw , Rasna Kaur Neelam, MD, MS, FAAD. I saw a lot of positive reviews for this place but I was still nervous. For whatever reason I have had more negative experiences with dermatologists more than any doctor. From incorrect diagnosis to horrible bedside manner. Well yesterday Dr Neelam impressed me in every way. Her kindness and extensive knowledge immediately put me at ease. She helped me and made me feel safe in her presence. Dr. Neelam is always so kind to my daughter. She spends a lot of time with us to answer any questions or concerns we may have.
I had a wonderful experience at MDCS. I got great care and concern over my skin issues. Dr. Neelan is an excellent Dermatologist.
Extremely frustrating experience from start to finish. I initially tried calling the main line to schedule an appointment, but it routed to an answering service that I could barely understand, making it impossible to book over the phone. I then scheduled online and clearly noted that this was for a cosmetic appointment for Botox, and that I was also interested in a photofacial if possible.
