The roofing work itself was completed.. However, the customer service after the job was completed has been extremely disappointing. I have requested copies of my roof installation photos and invoice several times for my homeowner's insurance company and have yet to receive them. Phone calls often go unanswered, requiring me to leave messages, and there has been little to no follow-up. Good customer service should not end once payment has been received.
