NEVER GO TO THIS DENTIST! I had two horrible experiences with MDC Dental in Brookfield WI. The first time I was getting a filling done I wanted a white filling because that’s what I have on my other teeth instead the guy who looks like he needs to retire said he didn’t have time to put a white filling in and that I will not be able to see the silver filling. I haven't gone to the dentist for years and was a little afraid to know how much work I needed. They were nice and explained everything to me. I was on T19 and they were one of the only offices that would take my insurance in Waukesha country. Now my teeth no longer hurt.
NEVER go here. They are rude. The heat was not on in November. They did NOT allow me to be with my child during his exam, even though he was crying and gagging. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!
Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away! Were you provided with payment plan and fee information before your dental treatment was scheduled? Absolutely! They explained everything in detail and made sure I understood before my procedure
