Over 5 cancellations within 24 hour time frame within a 2 week period. This business does not care about the patients of the dental practice. This business does not care about the people who set aside time to come in for dental appointments. They do nothing even after cancellations and state they will “look for replacements”. We stuck with them because they are a local small business but they fail to make up for over 50 patients that had to rearrange their schedules due to their incompetence. We have never been an office that uses temporary employees. However an extended maternity leave left us in a bind and our recent experience with Michelle has been outstanding. She has provided us with temporary hygienists. Her communication is excellent. She works very hard to fulfill our needs. We have even found our next superstar hygienist with her help. I recommend her services with out hesitation!
