We just bought our first caravan ever. Patrick and Nicole have been fantastic hosts and guided us through the process of exploring, choosing and buying our first van. Shout out to Joshua as well and Jacob from MDF for the flawless support.

Absolutely steer clear. See my edit below my first positive experience here. Wife and I were looking for a new caravan. Salesman Bevan Hall looked after us and answered all our questions. A new van was available for delivery and we picked it up less than a week from when we first looked at. Love our new XT16HR East West. Looking forward to many years of trouble free travels. Josh was amazing from first visit to handover. He was genuinely interested in making sure we got the best van for us. The Sr11 suits us perfectly and the whole experience with MDC was top class.
Great customer service very welcoming, special thanks to Patrick Eeles for talking us through each camper and helping us decide the best on for us, Nicole Bridges for fitting us in and doing our hand over on her busy day and thanks to Josh Childs for his strength and help removing our stubborn tow ball.
