We just bought our first caravan ever. Patrick and Nicole have been fantastic hosts and guided us through the process of exploring, choosing and buying our first van. Shout out to Joshua as well and Jacob from MDF for the flawless support.

Absolutely steer clear. See my edit below my first positive experience here. Wife and I were looking for a new caravan. Salesman Bevan Hall looked after us and answered all our questions. A new van was available for delivery and we picked it up less than a week from when we first looked at. Love our new XT16HR East West. Looking forward to many years of trouble free travels.
