We can only hope the product is better than the service. After placing an order for and paying for 90% of the van, we attempted to book in a handover date, salesman would not return calls or emails, after more than a week of waiting we had to ring the head office to force a response from the Caboolture team, we thought maybe the salesman had been on leave or sick, but no. Good service plenty on options to view. No hard-core pressure salesman
Highly recommend MDC Caboolture for supply of well-designed and built off-road camper-trailers/ caravans. Our forte9+ hybrid camper fits the bill for a reasonably light, short, very well-appointed, sturdy camper trailer and tows well behind our 4wd hilux dual cab. Yet to prove herself on the beach but we can't think of any improvements at this stage. The service provided by Bevan Hall and Corey Nordberg was outstanding and we feel we already know our way around our little camper.
