Extremely happy with our Jackson FF trailer. There are so many well thought out features, very well designed. Two young, fit people may be able to set it up in half an hour, but it took my wife and I two afternoons (in the wind) to set ours up the first time. Rea Patel took care of us and the MDC staff are extremely helpful. Practice setting up before your first real camping trip. Watch all the videos. 3 years ago, we started searching for a caravan which would take us on our adventures. The first caravan we looked at was an MDC XL15E MKII. Many caravan shows and dealerships later we circled back to that caravan and two days ago we took delivery of the upgraded XL15E MKIII. From day 1 Chris put up with our quizzing and non stop banter and he put my mind to rest. I had previously owned a step thru v4 camper trailer by MDC and didn’t think I would go there again. Chris settled my reservations and we committed to purchasing the XL 15-4E Mk lll. This caravan is awesome. Home less than a week and we were off. Two nights away. Three adults. Towed really well. Wow. What a team. The perth branch are absolutely amazing. We had a warranty claim after owning our van for a short period of time. They went out of their way to collect, repair and return back to us after a 1 week turnaround. The customer service from ALL the team has been truly amazing. So happy we chose the XT16HR east west. We purchased a Forte SR16 Island and are very happy with the product. We received an awesome service, we were kept informed from start to finish, Rea provided a great buying experience without any drama. We even got our microwave ( thanks Rea).
