2-3 years in the waiting!! Love, love love our Forte 9+!! Amazing little van, MDC Perth were great, from start to finish, always in contact taking us through the steps all the way through to pick-up. The 2 very minor warranty claims we've done, have been fixed very quickly and efficiently, with no fuss, can not speakly highly enough of the Perth MDC team.
We bought our camper trailer from MDC in 2020 and recently upgraded to MDC caravan AUSRV XL15E . The sales person Rea patel was very friendly and helpful and also thanks to Gemma Marshall for explaining everything we need to know when we picked up caravan. We loved our new caravan very much. The design and layout are thoughtful. Highly recommended to buy MDC. We enjoyed our first trip and will have more trips to come :)

Put in a claim about my awing after only one use to open it up and put the legs out to test the set up of the Annex. The latches to set the legs higher and lower broke and pulled out when tried to tighten them so thes leg don't move up and down in slight wind. Casing buckled when bring the awing in. After setting the anti flap kit up it left tears in the awing fabric. All in all I very disappointed has I was denied due they say it was from user error and force which might be true but I was never shown how to properly set any... read more
