We bought our camper trailer from MDC in 2020 and recently upgraded to MDC caravan AUSRV XL15E . The sales person Rea patel was very friendly and helpful and also thanks to Gemma Marshall for explaining everything we need to know when we picked up caravan. We loved our new caravan very much. The design and layout are thoughtful. Highly recommended to buy MDC. We enjoyed our first trip and will have more trips to come :)
The company is not trustworthy. Firstly the warranty doesn’t cover issues when they happen. Like one of the IDC chargers is not working at all and the others charge very inefficiently and they reject looking into it asking to talk to projecta. I then call projecta, they say it’s the way MDC wires everything and they can’t resolve problems as MDC has installed it! A lot of BS when you spend over $100k and they can’t resolve or look into their own products!
We recently purchased our MDC caravan from Darragh and Gemma, and we couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From the very beginning, Darragh and Gemma were friendly, professional and extremely helpful. They made the whole process easy and stress-free, answered all our questions and made sure we were comfortable with our purchase. The customer service was outstanding, and it was clear that they genuinely cared about their customers and wanted us to have a great experience. We are absolutely thrilled with our new MDC c... read more
2-3 years in the waiting!! Love, love love our Forte 9+!! Amazing little van, MDC Perth were great, from start to finish, always in contact taking us through the steps all the way through to pick-up. The 2 very minor warranty claims we've done, have been fixed very quickly and efficiently, with no fuss, can not speakly highly enough of the Perth MDC team.
We recently had an incredible experience with MDC Perth after winning the Passport to Freedom competition taking out 1st prize with a Forward Fold Explorer camper trailer! From start to finish, the whole process was smooth, exciting, and professionally handled. A big shoutout to Rea Patel, our sales rep, who made the handover experience easy and enjoyable. Rea and the team was knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to walk us through everything, making sure we felt confident and ready to hit the road. The camper itself... read more
