Front desk women Samantha Fernandez had not scheduled visit & test. She had not retrieved test result & clinic hadnot do med pre auth. I had told this to clinic. Clinic had said samantha fernandez had been provided feedback for her work as she had not schedule visit had not schedule test problem with med pre auth result retrieval answering phone etc. Clinic made me aware that Emily fly & calmyou are not patient at this practice. These review had been posted at google after samantha fernandez feedback.
