Austin Prince at MD365 is awesome. I have been working with him for 6 or 7 years and while always professional, he provides a personal touch like speaking to a friend. I will say that the technology MD365 uses has recently changed for televisits and it is painful to use requiring uploading ID and $5 charges for…..well I don’t know what. I was 15 minutes late for my appointment due to the cumbersome tech.
