Walked into the Lake Ronkonkoma for an urgent care visit as a walk-in but was turned away. Confused, I asked why? I was told that they do not accept walk-ins by the front staff. If they advertise “walk-ins welcome” but don’t actually accept walk-in’s, what else are they lying about?
The Ronkonkoma 365 office is professional and caring! Nicoleta Koschack, ANP is a new staff who is very kind, caring and knowledgeable.
Hardly any waiting time. Staff is very friendly. Doctor is excellent , thank you for your professionalism.
Everything was as always in this office. I saw doctor Nicoletta. It was my first time and I absolutely loved her. She was so attentive and very through. She made sure she had all the information about why I was there and addressed my needs accordingly. She was great and I look forward to seeing her again. The front desk staff was great as always.
