The nurse was very caring. She went above the call of duty.
We have dealt with 2 stressful fractures and I can say we would never want to go anywhere else god forbid we have anymore. Been to 3 different locations, support staff is incredible in all. Drs. Grier and Rosipal are wonderful. Zero complaints and only great things to say about this place.
Pick another ortho. They changed their phone system and it just rings. Received a text to schedule a follow up and tried contacting them over the last few days, sat hold for 20-30mins listening to the automated system tell me my call was important. The online portal for appointment scheduling has been down since my first visit. Went to the office and they tell you to call or go through the portal. Just had my MRI done and no clue how I’m going to schedule a follow up. Asked for alternatives a different phone number, email, s... read more
I would highly recommend Doctor Tiedeman; he’s kind, empathetic, and I’ve always felt heard. Having an injury has been the worst, but he’s been the best doctor since day one! Also his medical assistant and the back office is there, if you have questions.which is greatly appreciated!
