I Initially had some complaints and concerns with MDWest One. The automated system and wait times makes it very hard to contact anyone and had to leave many messages. Was eventually given a direct line and it streamlined the process. They performed back surgery on my husband. The entire team was professional and took the extra effort to ensure he was comfortable. Did not have to wait in reception area or sit forever in room once taken back.My doctor was very personable. A great sense of humor and bed side manner. Treated me with concern and respect and answered all my questions....rare to experience for sure. Thank you!
