I was given a cortisone shot in my right hip which has resulted in severe nerve pain. I was not properly told about any risks before the shot was given. I have gone back twice for help with the pain and it has been minimized and I was told the shot didn’t cause it yet I know it did. I never had any issues with sciatic nerve pain prior to the hip bursa injection. Now I am in constant pain in my lower leg with tingling all way into my foot.

I was very impressed with Faun. I have never seen someone so good with that needle. She was also very professional and offered other possible solutions. Huge KUDOS for getting me in and out quickly.
