Very unprofessional! I am a new patient and I had a very disappointing experience. The office staff and the nurse were very nice and polite, but when they called me in the room with the doctor he didn't even acknowledge me. I said "hello" and sat down, and he was on his phone for 15 minutes (looked like sending texts back and forth) and chewing gum really loud. I got really uncomfortable being there, and that shouldn't be the way a new patient feel. Horrible first impression and a complete waste of time!!!!
All the doctors are terrible. They rarely listen, want to get in and out so fast I have literally had to chase after Younes down the hall to tell him everything I needed to. Most receptionists are rude; many of them don’t act like know what they are doing. One actually hung up on me because she couldn’t comprehend not psychically knowing the name of a future medicine the doctor MIGHT prescribe me as a result of the appointment I was currently trying to schedule.
