The lady at the front desk is completely unprofessional. The doctor and the nurses are attentive, but if you’re very sick, you MIGHT DIE before the day of your next appointment arrives. There’s no point in having good specialists if the administrative system is terrible.
Told to show up 15 minutes early for my daughter's appointment. Waited an hour and still nothing. Told we would be seen within 5 minutes, and still nothing. We left. Find yourself somewhere else to go.
Impersonal but effective. Nurses were awesome. Did not like the assembly line scheduling of procedures and office area is very outdated.
