Horrible experience, nurse was kind and nice but no urgency and another patient was seen before us but we had arrived about 30 minutes before them. Slow service and no help with results or any information when calling several times for lab results for my toddler. Told two different things two different days. No good would not recommend. Better off going to hospital.
If you are looking for an urgent care that treats you like a person and not just a number, this is it! The providers at MD Urgent Care are exceptionally competent and professional. They did not rush me through my visit, and I felt well taken care of and listened to throughout the entire process. They ensure proficiency in care and truly go the extra mile.
what a WONDERFUL experience !!! All the people that work at this clinic, are professional, kind, knowledgeable and are very alert to your needs. I would recommend this clinic to anyone. I'm so glad they are here for us !!!
They found something incidentally, while I was there for something completely different and just casually asked if I wanted it removed without informing me it would be billed as a "surgical procedure". I was charged an additional $132 by them for what took less than a minute on top of my copay. Also took almost 2 hours when there was no one in the waiting room to get antibiotics for sinus infection.
