MD strength is an excellent powerlifting gym for my peaking session prior to comp I love going to MD. They have the best comp grade equipment with calibrated plates which is always useful leading into comp. In addition to this all the members and staff are always so lovely it really creates an excellent environment to work out in. It is by far the best gym I’ve trained at from the equipment to the people I would highly recommend people pop into MD strength for a visit.
So so glad I joined MD! I can't believe it has been a year. Best decision ever. Lee-Ann and Mark are so welcoming of newcomers, so encouraging, and Mark's top tier coaching and programming has resulted in me doing things I never thought possible. Such an inspiring space to train in with amazing people and incredible quality equipment in the gym and in the upstairs dedicated recovery room. My 20yo son has now joined as well :-)
