MD Strength is a quality strength gym. People, equipment and environment. Like minded people make it a joy to lift. The support and camaraderie for everyone in the gym is fantastic. Highly recommend.
MD Strength is an excellent gym with probably the best fit out of Eleiko, Rogue and other elite powerlifting brands under one roof anywhere in Melbourne. Staff are lovely and very passionate about what they do. Very friendly environment and access 24/7 is fantastic.
MD is a phenomenal space to train, from beginners to elite, everyone is welcome. The equipment and space is a powerlifters dream! Make sure to greet Boss Puppy Freya on your way in!
An elite gym space catered towards powerlifting and general training itself! Lee-Ane and Mark are both fantastic gym owners, coaches and athletes themselves, whether you are coached by them or just a gym member; you feel every little bit apart of the community. Definately a space worth checking out, as the equipment is top tier; you're never waiting for a combo rack. Their recovery area is also top tier. One of the best gyms i've stepped into :)
Going to MD Strength was one of the best decisions I’ve made. When my youngest finished high school, I decided to try weight lifting and get in better shape - but I had no idea where to start. Mark and Lee-Anne made me feel welcome from the moment I walked into their gym. After just a couple months of their coaching and support, I already feel stronger and more confident. Such a professional, friendly and clean gym - I encourage others to go try!
