This is an excellent clinic. I went in the morning and was seen quickly. The MA that assisted me was kind and professional, and the PA was amazing. He listened and understood, made a recommendation on how to pursue treatment with a PCP, and prescribed an anti inflammatory injection for my pain. The staff monitored me for a short time to make sure I didn't react to the injection, and provided me with a note for my employer. The nurses and the doctor were all so nice and respectful to each other, which created a relaxed and professional atmosphere. Everyone worked together smoothly, making my visit quick and efficient. I was nervous about being seen for the medical issues I was having, but they helped me feel comfortable and at ease. I really appreciated their kindness and professionalism throughout my visit. I will be going back for any quick care that I might need.
We had a great experience at this Urgent care in Roseville. Dr. Kyle went above and beyond caring for my son. He was incredibly patient, kind, and accommodating throughout our visit, and Madison made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. My son isn't always the easiest to deal with. Thank you!
