This is the urgent care I go to when I do not want to wait at the ER. I call and check the wait times before heading in. I usually am lucky enough to be seen with only one person ahead of me. Most recently, I saw Dr. Flores. He helped me with a dog bite. He’s very kind and patient and stitched up my face well. Him and his team were very supportive, it was just what I needed after going through a traumatic event of being hit by a dog. Can’t complain it’s just another urgent care for primary health necessities.Not bad for minor cases,it’s not a big hospital or big clinic so what do you expect from a small facility,cheaper than going to the ED but I didn’t say that it’s better than a hospital,you always have a choice,they are not the best but good enough for initial treatments for non-life threatening and non-serious illnesses.
Please beware of this place.They are not professional or attentive. The staff seemed very young and inexperienced.we wait for 2 hours for physician,who do not have respect for us and he is not professional it all.
