"Bad botox" experience and very poor customer service. After forehead neuromodulators, I now have a droopy eyebrow. They wanted me to go out of my way to come in for a follow-up appointment just so they could document. I informed them I didn't see how this would remedy my situation unless I was getting a refund. I'll be going elsewhere in the future!
