I have had a very positive experience here at Kindred. The nursing has been goo and I feel confident in returning home. The only thing to change would be dietary related. I didn't always get what I ordered. There also seemed to be some confusion regarding the low sodium renal diet.
Sometimes slow in response to the call light. The care is good though. Overall care I do not have any complaints. The wound care team is wonderful! My wound is healing and doing much better. I liked the television and the food! Bedside manner and the relationship with the staff is good. Everyone is extremely nice. If you have to be sick, this place can make you better!
There is not another hospital in the area that does what you do as well as you do it! This hospital is clean and does not smell. The food is good. All the nursing staff is good. Most of the nursing assistants are usually there in a relatively short amount of time. Wound care is very good! Dr. Davidson is great and very likable. Jill is very good at what she does. The respiratory therapy team did an excellent job in getting me better!

For the most part our experience here has been positive. The call light response time seemed greater than I would have liked. But overall, my husband's care has been good. The staff has been very nice and very helpful. I appreciate all the care and time everyone has spent with us. I feel the RN staff is very good here. I would recommend Kindred Mercy for your extended healthcare needs.
At the Dr two weeks ago ask refills on my meds have not got them. .Walmart has fax you ..lol have called a few times. ..This the second time this have happened. .WE PAY FOR NOT GIVEN NOTICE NOT MAKING OUR APPOINTMENT. .. !!!!! I'M CHARM $ 50.00 A WEEK FOR NOT REFILLING MY MEDICINE. .. If MY HEALTH IS NOT IMPORTANCE TO YOU IM At THE WRONG PLACE! !!!!!!

I came here in early October with a wound. They really helped to heal it. The wound care nurses were great! I am going back to rehab and hope to return home soon. The wound nurses were very careful and always explained what they were doing. The entire staff was very nice. Therapy was excellent also. My doctor was also very good. And thank you to patient relations for always checking on me. I would recommend this hospital.
Everyone is very friendly and helpful. All the nurses were very kind. The doctors were not afraid to talk yo you, especially when they had good news.
