I would like to thank everyone for there kindness during my stay at Kindred Mercy. My care was great and the staff very helpful. A special thank you to Cathy for all that she did and how she would answer mine and my sister's questions. Thank you!
The wound care team is great. I can rate the nursing care as good. It would great improve with more CNAs. The drs took good care of me.
Everyone has been very kind to me during my hospital stay. I appreciate all that has been done for me. Nursing is very good and most demonstrated a caring, positive attitude. Respiratory was awesome! They weaned me from the ventilator and put me on the speaking valve. I really liked all the therapists. Rehab services were great also. I have been walking and relearning daily living skills. I would recommend this hospital if you have extended healthcare needs.
Overall I had a good experience here. There are some very good nurses here. My respiratory care was excellent. I would recommend this hospital.
The doctor was excellent. Sometimes it seemed the staff was short handed. Too many patients for one person. Overall experience was good. My personal experience with nursing was good. Respiratory was excellent. Sometimes it took awhile for a response to my call light. Overall care was great. The food was ok. Therapy was ok also. The patient relations rep was great. I appreciated how she always came to my room and talked with me. I would recommend this hospital for your long term acute healthcare needs.

You are a very good hospital with very good doctors and nurses. If you want to go to a hospital that truly cares, this is a great place to be. All in all it is an excellent one. I would say go to this hospital because they really take care of you.
I have no complaints about this hospital. Everyone has been extremely nice and helpful. I had an experience with Kindred at another location and this is definitely a much nicer place if you have to be hospitalized. I would come back here if necessary.
The people are very nice here. They care about getting you well enough to go home. They always kept my room clean and the food is good. I would recommend this hospital.
