Last year I slipped and fell on the extremely icy parking lot of a large supermarket in Lehi that MD Property Services manages. The supermarket's staff and their liability insurance provider reviewed the recorded footage and stated that MD Property was responsible for the unsafe conditions and not providing proper service. (Two other people fell in the parking lot during the short time I was at the store!) After repeated attempts by phone and email, MD refused to reimburse me for the bills incurred from my injuries.
