Made my son feel cared for and explained everything they were doing so he understood. They were very patient. It was a great experience considering I was with a sick kiddo that hates going to the doctor.

This place has gone downhill fast. The quality of care is nowhere near what it used to be, and the staff clearly doesn’t operate with the same level of professionalism or compassion anymore. We brought our daughter in simply to get assessed so we could be referred for mold poisoning testing. Instead of helping, they made the process unnecessarily difficult by insisting she had to go through their own evaluation first before even considering a referral.
