Great customer service !!
The best urgent care I’ve been to. It’s super clean and modern (probably pretty new), and I’ve never had to wait long to be seen like other urgent cares. The doctors are friendly and efficient. Shout out to DJ (PA? Nurse?), who is so personable and helpful. I’m so grateful my insurance covers this urgent care.
Great addition to the westchase neighborhood.
We had a great experience bringing my son here after he twisted his foot. As a mom, it’s always stressful when your child is hurt, but the whole team was incredibly kind and caring. Alexis at the front desk was very welcoming. Dalva, the RT did the X-ray, was patient and gentle with my son. The provider, Suhvana, was wonderful and very attentive, caring, and she explained everything clearly. I’m very grateful for how well they took care of my son. Thank you to the whole team!
