I never had been to this urgent care before. I went to take a drug screening for an employer. the receptionist kept barking at me to sit down to fill out registration, though I was the only person in the lobby. I didn't even know that she was speaking to me until I looked around. they made me wait for over an hour and gave me vague directions on how to register, then got mad when registration wasn't completed.
