Straight from the start, I was treated with dignity and respect.
Staff is very nice and no long wait .
They just charged me a bill for $520 to just look at my rash and provided a prescription. I called customer service to provide an itemized receipt and will be pursuing legal action as they most likely labeled visit as a higher code / emergency visit You guys will not get away with this!
Always been a little hesitant with this walk in, urgent care services but I have to say that yesterday my opinion was changed. I received a great service didn't have to wait for to long and the staff was nice, friendly and very helpful. I appreciate the good job you did, keep up the good work
The BEST URGENT CARE!!! Clean, neat, organized and the staff is super professional and friendly. Dr. Maye Shana Kay was extremely caring and listened to all of my concerns. They took my blood pressure, listened to my heart and took my temperature. A complete exam. They even did a flu covid test and a chest x ray to ensure I was ok. I strongly recommend this urgent care. God bless the staff and DR. KAY
