This place is now horrible. I’ve been coming here over the last 2+ years or so. In the beginning it wasn’t bad, but as time went on and the employees recognized me they always had a comment to make about me getting the same color or the same nail design (French tip). I told them they are there to provide a service and not to give their opinion, if that’s what I like as the client, why should it matter to them. Today is what set it off for me. Very bad experience, they don't do what u ask, poor hygiene, bad service, and disrespectful. When u don't let them do what u don't want, they start being defensive and talking to each other in their language.

This was my first time at this salon, and unfortunately it was a very bad experience. From the beginning I clearly said I did NOT want my natural nails to be cut, and they still cut them without asking or respecting what I said. They left my nails extremely thin, weak, and painful. The manicure was done roughly and carelessly. They hurt my cuticles, and I felt burning and pressure the whole time. Laura @ this location is downright rude. Very dismissive talking her language right on your face while doing your eyebrows. I mean can't u just zip for 15 secs until you're done instead of talking 2 inches from my nose. She doesn't have a basic human decency. Smh! The seats r filthy! When u point it out they get defensive as hell with the little bit of English they r able to speak. Mind u me and two of my sisters have been coming here since before the pandemic.
