Walked in asking for gelx removal, and they ended up trying to hack away my nail with a nail tip which is completely unsanitary and goes against their license. I had to stop her 3x and demand a soak off and each time she’d be like “let me try with just one nail” and would not stop.
Went there for the first time. Not happy with the quality of service. Nail lengths are so uneven and inconsistent fills. The nail polish product is almost like matte and barely shines the one layer of clear coat. Not sure if I’ll go back again.
