I recently purchased a vehicle which they said had NEW breaks AND New tires. I’ve had the car for 4 months and the brakes are completely worn and the tires are slipping, they were not new. After addressing this with the manager he said he’d call around for a reliable mechanic, a week has gone by with no response. When I call back he’s never there. Not against the company but who they hired to pick up the car in Houston. Literally this thief took my brother in law remote car battery. Then they lady named Graciela refused to come back to bring the battery when she knew she took it because they couldn't get their own. They took off in a hurry knowing they gave me the bad battery for the remote cheap people can even pay 6 dollars for the battery. Left me with my brother's car not able to turn on because they took the battery.

I paid off a car 2 months ago for this place and the guy has not been able to give me the title I’ve asked and gone plenty of times the guy keeps giving me excuses I don’t recommend this place to anyone do not go here
