Clinic called me for the first time after a 3 1/2 month wait, during a health appointment and I told them I would have to call them back after my appointment. I called them back but no answer and left a message. I left 3 more messages the following week and not one single message was returned. I find this RUDE and unprofessional that they don’t have the common courtesy to call me back. I was referred to the clinic by my doctor. Unbelievable. Typical government service. Don’t waste your time on this place.

I am so happy that my doctor referred me to this clinic. The doctor provided me with instructions on what foods to eat and what foods to avoid as well as exercises I could do. I have lost more weight with the help of the clinic in the last few months, then I had in the last 20 years following any other plans. I now have the knowledge to lose the weight and keep it off because I know what foods help me to lose weight and what foods make me gains weight. Feels like a wase of healthcare dollars. Very vague in terms of what to do. I am celiac and was concerned about all the keto type bars and products they recommend as they aren't gluten free. All the Dr said was you don't need to eat them, but that is half of the outlined plan!. All they are monitoring is my blood pressure and weight while telling me to eat low/no carb.
