The customer service here is the absolute worst. We arrived for our appointment about 25 minutes late—I have a newborn, and we simply couldn't make it on time. The young woman who assisted us, named Michelle, really needs to take a course on proper customer service etiquette. She treated us with extreme rudeness and was completely dismissive.
