Absolutely awful. I took my two week old for his newborn visit and the appointment went fine until the blood screening. They said it’s the same one that is done in the hospital after birth and that a second one is required in Texas. The nurse pricked both his heels a total of 5 different times trying to get enough blood for the test until I finally said no more.
