Really good experience here. Everyone was always so kind and friendly. Dr. Rymer was especially attentive to our needs and concerns about our twins' development and informative with her answers to our questions. She always was ready to put in referral or prescription and give samples for different formulas to try. We moved away but I will definitely miss this office. They took care of us. The only complaint is that they would often be overbooked and once we waited an entire hour before being seen.
If I could give this practice negative stars, I would. Everything is bureaucratic and too hard for them to do, the wait is long for every visit, they misplaced my kids vaccine records multiple times, and on and on,m. The dr and pediatric nurses are nice. Everything else is terrible.
Dr. Rymers is very thorough and practical. She educates and clarifies whenever there are questions or concerns. Though wait time can be lengthy, I am okay with it because once the provider comes into the room, our visit is never rushed. Staff is also great. Years ago when we started with the office, not everyone was pleasant, but the office has DEFINITELY improved. Mrs. Crystal is wonderful and the other ladies are also very friendly!
The front receptionist and the lady that gives the Dr's notes are hella rude everyone's else dose a great job its just the two lady's that have a bad attitude all the time
