DO NOT RECOMMEND UNLESS Your Mexican my daughter had all her appointments made at 1st doctors visit all at 11:30am well jan the rules changed no more appointments at 11:30am which i was not made aware of that they where changing my daughter appointments to 11:15 we get to appointment they wants to reschedule mind you i do not live close & took off work for this appointment and after i sshould them when my text and email stated 11:30 they still refuse to see her … the burse there that see the kids has some type of memory loss... read more
Very poor attitude by front desk personnel/disrespectful to patient immediate needs. In addition, Manager does not return telephone calls/handles complaints. The Regional manager does return telephone calls regarding the handling of complaints/concerns by patients. A referral for dentistry/rheumatology handled by Raul/referral coordinator in August 2020 was never put in/verified that neither office received it as well as insurance company.
