Poor customer service. my therapist faxed for a doctor signature for therapy approval for 2 months and the staff does not respond thus holding up important services for my children.
Exceptional medical staff (Dr. Jorge Velez, Maria, and Alexis). From the moment I walked in Maria, checked us in with a friendly and happy attitude. Dr. Velez took pro-active care for my son. Something that I had not seen before. Then Alexis who followed up to make sure my son had the right prescription. Alexis was so sweet and pro-active in communicating with Dr. Velez.
