Dr. Jerry and her nursing staff are fantastic. Office staff is very disappointing. We had an early afternoon appointment that got cancelled because they got busy in the morning, so the medical staff took a late lunch. A late lunch is fine, except we were not informed until we showed up for our appointment. We were told we told to either wait 45 minutes or come back and take a number. No follow up appointment was given. Absolute laziness by the staff and office management.
