The mri tech that helped me was amazing Thank you ♡
I was supposed to have an MRI so I can have back surgery. Their scheduling department said the soonest they had was 1/28/26. Went into the office and they tell me oh we can get you in 12/24/25. I drove 12 hours in shitty weather conditions to pick up my mom in Santa Rosa. They tell me oh the soonest we can get you in is sometime in February. This is such bullshit. Since becoming Dignity Health, this place is awful. I waited months to get my mri. They had it scheduled and everything was fine. Two days before the appt. They canceled the appt and said they cannot do it. Then sent my order somewhere else and now I have to wait months again. This place has delayed me getting medical treatment and should have told me from the beginning I needed to go elsewhere. Awful treatment and awful place. Will make a complaint with my doctor as well and hopefully I never have to go to Dignity Health! A... read more
