I have used M & D for projects in two homes: installation of heated tile flooring in one home and when I moved, a full kitchen, full bathroom remodeling, plumbing for washer dryer, an external door, and heated tile flooring. Ivan and his team provided superb service repairing water damage and patching up various other cosmetic issues we had been meaning to resolve. The team was skilled, professional, prompt and very kind. Our ceiling and walls look good-as-new thanks to some seamless color-matching. We happily recommend M&D to anyone looking for renovations or home repair.
