Very pleasant and professional experience for a first time home buyer. Fixed price and good value considering there were two inspectors going through the house at once. They took a lot of pictures and laid out all the known issues in a thorough report. We printed out the report and kept it in a binder as a checklist of needed upgrades to our new home. Thank you!!!
Wanted to leave this review on an inspection they did around Christmas time - huge thanks to the gentleman on the phone. Thanks to him, my family could reroute the vent duct into the ceiling without taking up cabinet space. Polite, patient, knowledgeable, I will be calling them 100% for all future related home inspection related work in the area. I called a few OTHER inspectors in the area - rude and impatient. Save yourself the time and emotional energy, seriously call MD Home Inspections!
