THIS COMPANY SAID THEY INSTALLED NEW PARTS IN MY JEEP. I PICKED IT UP AFTER SERVICE COULD NOT EVEN KEEP IT ON THE ROAD . HAD IT TOWED TO ANOTHER SHOP AND THEY SAID THE PARTS I HAD PAID FOR HAD NOT EVEN BEEN INSTALLED. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE O THIS SHOP ITS A JOKE.WHEN I TOLD THE OWNER I WONTED MY MONEY BACK HE THREATENED ME .WITH THE WORK YOU RECEIVE THERE IS A ONE YEAR WARRENTY BUT ONLY IF YOU BRING IT BACK TO HIS SHOP ARE YOU KIDDING? BEWARE OF HICKMAN
Do not use this shop for anything. customer service was terrible and repairs were not done when I left my vehicle was unsafe to drive . i took my vehicle to another shop and they gave me the same quote i was given from Hickman telling me the repairs had not been made. they charged me almost a thousand dollars and now i have to pay another shop to do the same work. although they are supposed to honor their warranty the owner of the shop threatened me and i do not feel safe going back there this shop should not be in business
Best prices, awesome customer service, fast work. Went for new tires cause they beat anyone else's price around... Ended up getting my exhaust replaced on the spot as well. Highly recommend these guys!!
I have been going to Hickmans for years. The people there are very knowledgeable and friendly. The prices are very affordable and they get you in and out in a very timely manner. I send all my family and friends to them.
Worst Customer Service, every time I'm in there. Redneck owner at the counter - couldn't care less about making you wait. Last time I was in there a few weeks ago I had been there over an hour for 1 tire.. then a buddy of the guy working walked in, and he was serviced first. Then a pretty gal walked in, and she was serviced before me. While waiting I heard them talking about a felon they hired "Because he's a nice kid" despite having ongoing criminal litigation being discussed in the lobby in front of customers.
