We had an excellent experience with Dr. Awad and his entire team. From start to finish, everything was smooth, professional, and comforting. Receptionist let some lady cut me in line. Not sure why. Weird discrimination environment. I was waiting in line and they let her go ahead of me. Very rude. Completely inappropriate behavior. Makes me reluctant to ever go back, but unfortunately, the doctor is very good. I will have to ask them to bring out a different receptionist for me next time, because this kind of disrespectful behaviour is not going to be tolerated by me. Completely gross.
