Dr calderon cisteros does not return phone calls even after several messages
If I could give zero stars, I would absolutely do not ever waste your time and risk your health dealing with this office. I understand calls may be annoying but to turn your phone lines off outrageous and I’ve reported you to both of my insurance insurances, especially the front desk staff who has no knowledge of anything and chooses to ignore the phone. I had an emergency and I was told that the doctor Ileana Calderon can't see me because of my symptoms. They advise that the doctor was going to send me the medication. This is unacceptable since she hasn't see me. She also advise that she was going to calll me and She never call me.
I’m so glad that I chose this office because the staffs are really kind and professional the office is always very clean and the Dr SALZMAN is always very nice he explains everything so well so you can understand what he is saying he is very patient and very understanding of what you as a patient is going through and MELESIA AND LACHANA are always very friendly and helpful I would recommend this office to everyone.
Dr. Calderon is excellent but good look trying to get anyone to answer the phone or call you back. I can't even reach them to make an appointment.
