I rarely give bad reviews but this an example which could result in someone's health being adversly impacted. I was sent twice to Quest to complete blood work but Quest could not perform the blood work because the doctor's order was not correct nor incomplete. It didn't have the correct code for the procedure. As a result of my time being wasted and delaying any possible treatment due to their mistake I will look for another primary doctor and advise my friends and family to avoid this practice. I would give zero stars if I could. Office is a mess. Never responds to refill requests from pharmacy, too cheap to hire good help, blood drawer (phlebotomist) is incompetent and stabs you looking for veins, billing scams. STAY FAR AWAY. AGAIN, STAY FAR AWAY.
I am completely impressed with Dr.Alex Cohen. His experience, knowledge and caring, is very rare indeed. I’ve known him for many years, but went to his old partner and I feel like I’ve finally found another Dr that I can trust. I felt like I found a home. Dr. Cohen is a great listener and is so thorough. I found the ladies at the front desk, to be incredibly nice. Easy to give him 5 stars. Nurses I’ve met, so far, are excellent.
This office is horrible. I was charged for an office visit when I wasn't treated and rescheduled for a different date. They don't answer the phone and I am still waiting for the office manager to call me back. Horrible
