Honestly this place iZ beyond amazing. Don't listen to the bad reviews! I went in for a new do and met the shop owner who was so gracious and professional in expediting my shopping experience as I was in a rush. The lady who help me pick out this beauty really had an eye for not only the right fit for my head structure, but also took into consideration the events I was attending. #BestwigsinSpringfield

Just moved from NC to MO ! I searched up some hair stores and I picked this one . I actually drove right past it because I thought it was closed. Called the store to double confirm they told me yes …. Nice person answered the phone and told me the store hours. Loved the small variety of choices and the help I received was REALLY amazing. I was in there for more than 5mins trying to decided on a wig until I finally decided on this one below. I ended up purchasing the last wig that was on the mannequin. I only gave them a 1* bc there's nothing lower! I say there with the lady working and she HELPED ME CHOOSE the color. Went home, tried them on. Tell me why I thought I dropped them bc I saw NOTHING¡? SO I PUT THE OTHER ONE THINKING IT WAS A MISTAKE, NOPE! ONLY MISTAKE WAS COMING HERE. SO I COME BACK, TRY TELLING THEM THE PROBLEM N OF COURSE THEY WERE SO NICE TO START OUT WITH, ONCE THEY REALIZED I WANTED AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND, THEY WOULD NO LONGER EVEN LOOK ME IN MY EYE OR ACKNOWLEDGE ME.
