Converted a traditional rambler into a multigenerational home that integrated with the original architecture and landscape. The new addition needed to meet some of the highest energy standards along with maintaining a high durability finish. Working jointly with the property owner who lived on site, we created a separate attached unit with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, separate kitchen and living spaces designed to meet aging in place ideals.
