Did not address our concerns. Would not flush out my relatives ears. Wanted to send to an ENT. No one called us for the referrals for neurology or urology. Does not respond in the patient portal. We went to a different doctor. Within a week we had the MRI that he refused to schedule. Said we had to see a neurologist first. But we couldn't get in with one for 3 months.. went to Dallastown Medical associates they took us seriously. Took care of his ears which were seriously impacted and got the MRI. I have seen this Dr twice now and he has been very knowledgeable and friendly The receptionists went out of their way to help me with my accomodations for work.
I was extremely disappointed and discouraged in the care that we did not receive we tried to reach out to them several times and we did not receive a call back at any time
