I call ahead and say that I'll be late for my appointment, they tell me okay, that's fine, you have a 15 minute window after your appointment time to still be seen. I come in a few minutes before the 15 minute window is up and there is no one at the front counter... when someone finally shows up, it's a few minutes past my 15 minute window and I'm told that I passed the grace period so they'll see if they have an appointment available for today... thankfully they did and I was able to be seen but why was there no one at the ... read more

This was my first time visiting this medical center but definitely not my last time either. I am making this facility and staff mine forever. Dr. Anju is a wonderful person, an amazing medical professional, has the absolute best bedside manners that I have not ever seen before meeting her. She takes the time to actively listen to your concerns, and offers the medical attention and care required. Dr. Anju has a beautiful spirit, and her heart is in helping those who are ill.
