Honestly one of the worst reception staff I have dealt with, out of all the eye doctors please go somewhere else

Wasn't crazy about the reception the lady was rude when i asked about pupil measurements she said that didn't matter. Now I've been waiting 5 weeks for my glasses. First time I called said would have end week, waited a week called again was told they had problems w the lenses should have soon, 3rd time I called at 4 weeks was told frame was on back order and they now had at lab should have glasses a couple days, 5 weeks tomorrow and still waiting, ugh

I called to make an appointment for my mom because she has been struggling with a persistent stye in her eye. We originally contacted a different office in Tullahoma, but they couldn’t schedule her until the end of April. They suggested I try this office instead.
