My second visit to MD Express was as impressive as my first. From check-in, to evaluation, to “discharge” was a very efficient and personable experience with outstanding staff. Dr. Buchanan listened carefully to my concerns and provided a great and comprehensive treatment plan. I was there less than an hour “door-to-door”. Could not ask for a better experience! Got there on a Friday at 2 pm. Was told there was a 2 hour wait time. OK. Im sick. Finally got called and put in a room. Nurse was very curt and abrupt. Waited another hour. Then left.
