My wife probably has hay fever, they took a covid and strep test and sent her home with no treatment or explanation/patient education. Every question was answered by, “follow up with primary care” (her PCP was not able to see her until late next week). PA barely took HPI, did not do full medical assessment. I came in for something and while I was being treated my doctor noticed another issue (that has been bothering me) and although it was not what I came in for she went out of her way to treat everything that was making me feel uncomfortable! I was struggling to breathe for the past month and never thought it was serious enough to be seen for. However after being seen here I feel so healthy and like a brand new person! Thanks!
My son was having complications due to his asthma and he ended up having an asthma attack.. everyone there from reception to clinical staff to the PA that took care of him was awesome. They were nice, took action, and by the time we left he was a whole new kid. Very thankful for their great care , and they were busy but everyone was super attentive and bed side manner was great.
Very professional team I had looking after me yesterday! I want to give Dr. Smelgus five stars for taking the time to understand my situation. It is hard to find doctors that actually care these days!
