I've been here multiple times due to injuries, and I have always been seen in a relatively quick manner. Every staff member i have met has been extremely kind, knowledgeable, and helpful
Slow, but knowledgeable and friendly staff. Was in and out in a few hours; which is certainly quicker than making an appointment and waiting a day or 2.
I normally don’t come to this one. But since the other locations are usually crowded I decided hey why not…as I am a patient of Riverside I’d give this location a try, and made an appointment to be seen. As we all know, these signs are posted conspicuously throughout all locations. Had severe diarrhea and the doctor and PA were very knowledgeable and helpful, and took good care of me in an hour. Prescribed antibiotics, stool specimen, and sent home waiting for lab results. Better than a 3 hour visit at the ER.
