The provider, Cynthia Thompson, walked into the visit 20 minutes late and stated she did not have time to address all my concerns because she is double booked. I expressed my frustration regarding this and she abruptly and rudely left the room and never came back. She has a pretty mean attitude and makes you feel like you’re bothering her. My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Saini and his staff for over 30 years. They are very professional, caring and friendly. From diagnosing and treating skin cancers to spa treatments they are the best!
Well I had an appointment with them a few years ago & it was perfect. I made an appointment 2 months in advance, the office called 2 days before my appointment to cancel. They then advised me that I couldn’t get another appointment for 3 months unless I wanted to drive 70 miles to a different location. I asked if they could call me if they had any cancellations and was just told no.
