The provider, Cynthia Thompson, walked into the visit 20 minutes late and stated she did not have time to address all my concerns because she is double booked. I expressed my frustration regarding this and she abruptly and rudely left the room and never came back. She has a pretty mean attitude and makes you feel like you’re bothering her.
