I don't even think the online thing is real. I wasted 3 hrs waiting for a link they never sent for the video appointment, you can't really contact nobody because nobody answers emails. I ended up having to go to urgent care after waiting for 3 hrs. 1 hr after cancelling I got an email saying they couldn't reach me at the number I provided but I never got a phone call (and I asked for a video appointment not phone). It must all be a scam.
The staff are friendly and polite. Good experience for the one time I went
