The lady who charged me 80 dollars for ability test didn't informed me at all before she did that. While I just needed a doctor's note for sick leave. Not recommended!
Made multiple appointment requests throughout the summer with the promise to be contacted within 24 hours, and they never got back to me. There is also apparently no way to contact the clinic directly - you get put through to a call centre who tells the clinic to call you back, but they don’t. Had a good experience getting on their patient list a couple of years ago, but not since then.
The call center is very rude!!! No help from them
Not a walk in clinic yet they continue to advertise as such. You will be turned away if you show up.
