requested 4 virtual meetings to discuss the results of an xray. No one called me back. Sent may inquiries and have not heard any response. Their customer service response is not great.
I appointment here at dec 26 but appointment system has some error so I payed five times for total. And they sayed dec 26 there are closed so I cancel all But They only refunded two times and they did not response my email and phone I see your answer and I sent email but you still did not response....

Their virtual system is terrible. Doctor calls you for 5 mins, rushes you through questions and didn't even care to help me at all. Very sad these days they are just trying to make money versus help patients.
I had almost despaired of finding medical help with so many doctors and clinics beng closed or complicated to attend, and could hardly believe the walk-in availability and effectiveness of this wonderful service. I was diagnosed immediately with hardly any wait at all, got a prescription which was filled in about ten minutes at the pharmacy right next to the clinic. This is the way forward for minor doctor visits and I can't speak highly enough of everyone's courtesy and skill. Thank you.
