I have used this on 4 or 5 occasions. It has been good. I got the chance to actually see my regular family doctor once while she is on Mat leave. The nurse saw that she was my regular doctor and waited a few extra minutes for her. Which was really nice because I was having issues with my Asthma which my family doctor knew about and she was able to prescribe me exactly what I needed. Nothing beats face to face, but this is a great service when doctors are not available.
